First Tooth

It's official, Tobias is growing his first tooth! It's exciting, but hasn't been all that fun. He hasn't been too pleasant lately, but I can't blame him, It must hurt having a little saw-like thing growing out of your gums.

Here's T in front of our first Christmas tree!

you all may remember Alex, Tobias' friend who is 1 month younger than him. He makes cameo appearances every once in a while on our blog. Here Tobias and Alex are duking it out. I think T was a little jelous that Alex can roll over better than him :)

Here's me and T napping. Gotta love the napping.

This is a great look, it's almost like he's hiding something....

Loungin in the hot tub like a true playa!

This is one of my most favorite pictures, it really shows his fun personality. It almost looks like he's getting ready to spray the camera with the sink sprayer.

Thanksgiving

Here's some more Thanksgiving pics. Here's everyone getting ready to eat.

Our beautiful new table in our new dining room

Here's Tobias on his "Pre-Christmas" present from Grandma and Grandpa. He can't ride on it on his own because he can't even sit up on his own yet, but it was still cute :)

Another picture of the set table. It was so fun setting things up in our new house for thanksgiving. Thanks to my new PartyLite business, I have a ton of beautiful candles to play with :)

Thanksgiving, and toes, and pre-teeth... oh my!

Welcome to Lifestyles of the growing and restless, I'm your host Robin Leech (yes, I know it's supposed to be spelled "Leach", but I'm a washed up has-been and I need to tag along to anyone that has more fan appeal than I do) and I'm here to dazzle you with stories of the uber cute and phenomenoly handsome. The last time we caught up with our first star, he was 4 months old and enjoying Halloween.

What's happened to him since?

No, he's not tooling around on his outrageously expensive yacht with fabulously wonderful people who all drink copious amounts of fine champagne,

mainly because he's not old enough to drink champagne, and he also doesn't own a yacht.

And he also hasn't been living in the private luxury of his hidden villa estate surrounding his own island, where he could escape for weeks on end, waited on by a staff of over 50 personal servants,

This, of course, is because he doesn't actually own this island, just this picture. But what a fantastic story it would make if he did, and our ratings would go up as well. Since he's only 5 months and doesn't own anything aside from bips and spare pants, there's not much glamour and glitz to talk about... so getting right to the heart of this story, let's go to Tobias:

When we last saw him, he was dressed in outrageous orange festively suited for his Halloween party, we now find him beyond that simpler time and focused on the things to come:
He's definitely looking ahead towards all the great things to come. In a pose that he likens to the great Rodin sculpture "The Thinker" this is his "power position" where all of his big ideas come from.

He's been known to resolve million dollar contract disputes with 5 minutes in this elusive pose. He's also been known to burp incredibly loud and spit up all over the blanket he's laying on, but on to nicer things...

Most successful people have a 5 and 10 year "forward looking vision" or a plan of where they'd like to be. Through the wonders of age progression and trick photography, we were able to capture Tobias as he was contemplating his 70 year plan, what a model to all of us, if only we could all think that far into the future.
As you can see, the youthfulness of the present gives way to maturing contemplation, and plaid.

(Author's note: No great-grandfathers were harmed in the creating of this blog post. First meeting between the Quad-generians went fabulously well, and Great-Grandpa "Red" was very pleased to spend some post-Thanksgiving time with his new great-grandson)

Speaking of festive parties, Tobias has been jetsetting around taking part in several soirees, attended by the "A" list of local celebrities. We managed to catch up with him on the, ahem, "arms" of two lovely ladies who wished to remain anonymous:

As you can tell, he's been caught a little underprepared for the onslaught of the papparazzi.

The first picture captures him after a large meal, sitting on the lap of one of the ladies, and in the other, he's obviously caught off guard as this unnamed woman appears alongside him in this photo, apparently quite tickled to have managed to snap a picture with our leading man.

When you've lived as a bachelor for as long as Tobias has, your reputation must be carefully maintained. Any stray picture could end up in some unmercilous tabloid spouting all sorts of garbage that isn't true (A type of exploitative journalism that we refuse to publish here at RobinLeech Enterprises).

With that stated, the rumours about a lawsuit pending because of incorrect captions attached to our photo's is completele nonsense. Obviously, the next image needs no explanation... but in case you were looking for one: This is clearly not Tobias caught after pounding an entire bottle of wine on his own.

(Editor's note: the bottle is actually sparkling cran-raspberry juice, of which Tobias had none. He was the designated-drooler that night, so he only had breastmilk)

Attempts to reach Tobias to ask him about his "drinking and drooling" problem went unanswered. It appears as though Tobias is pleading the 5th and using anything to act as a gag so as not to incriminate himself.

He's even been spotted donning unsuccessful disguises, this shameless charade won't fool us, it's quite obvious that our charlatan is none other than Tobias Alexander:
And guess who we've spotted once again accompanying him. By the next broadcast, we'll have a name to go with this unknown woman.

But until then, I'm Robin Leech, and I bid you farewell with Champange wishes and Caviar dreams.

Tobias sent us this shot to be added in for his fans. Yes, he's anotomically correct.

Tobias is Four Months Old

He's getting so big! He is such a joy and we love him so much. His personality is really starting to come out, he loves to laugh and he loves it when we blow "rasberries" at him.

He's trying to roll over, but hasn't quite gotten it yet. he can get onto his side.

This is his warning look that's he's about to have a meltdown

He's reached meltdown point. He's even cute when he cries :)

More Happy Halloween!

Tobias did his first trick or treat this Halloween at three whole houses (grandma and grandpa's neighbors) ! Here he is playing with Grandma Jensen.

Happy Halloween!!

Tobias's doesn't need candy, just give him some clothes to chew on!

Here' s Tobias in our class with the other babies. He's not quite as mobile as some of the others, but he has fun watching them.

My Little Pumpkin :)

This is a close up of post-thumsucking. He fell asleep, but his thumb remained hoooked on his upper lip. Kinda funny.

This is Tobias' ever popular "Pose". He's been very fond of the back of his head lately and he's always feeling it with his left hand.

This is just too cute, look at those eyelashes!

Someone is growing up...

Tobias is growing up right before our eyes. He's doing great at holding his head up now. We place him on his feet and barely support his body, he does most of the work. His hands are getting much better at controlled grabs and actual coordination. He almost rolled over by himself this week as well. What a great baby he is. Christina and I are both very proud and very happy that we were blessed with such a great baby. We know that it won't always be this nice nor this easy, but we thank God each day that we have with our son.
This is Post Bath/Sans Clothes

This is showing how well he's gaining strength in his legs. He was supporting most of his body weight on his own.

Of course having no clothing to restrict him, and the feeling of air all over his body might have helped.

Aside from that, his little bottom is very cute.

I love this picture and this look. You have the gaping mouth, the protruding tongue, and big vampire eyes, and the very visible rolls. He's been pulling against our hands to help himself sit up for a while now, but we're really seeing that he's getting much stronger each day.
Here's another where he's dancing with mom. You can see the very contented look on his face. Its pretty awesome to see his face light up whenever Christina comes into his view.

No wonder babies are so small and cute, they make you want to keep them.

Here' s a great picture of the look that Justin calls the "Rodney Dangerfield".

Tobias has a new best friend....his name is Thumb. He's always trying to get that thing is mouth now and usually sucks on it when he goes to sleep.

Here's a picture of Tobias talking. I think in this picture he was making a "gooooo" sound.

Here's Tobias trying hard to swim up and over the boppy, but he didn't get too far.

Tobias is mezmerised by the animals on his swing. Those are his next best friends...after Thumb of course.

Tobis is 3 Months Old!

Here he is, the sleeping angel. He's learning how to hold on to toys and as you can see here, he's fallen asleep while working hard trying to hold on to those rings.

Here is a picture of Tobias' new head holding up skills.

and another one of the head holdng up skills. Hopefully next time, we'll have a picture of his bow huting skills and his computer hacking skills :)

Here's an arial view just so you can get an idea of how big he is now.

And now a word from our Sponsors

We’ll now catch those viewers up, who are just joining us from another program. We've been going deep in an interview with the latest phenom to hit the scene, Tobias.

As you well know, he's on his way to being the biggest thing this town has seen in a long time. His fantastic action moves, along with his insatiable wit, unending hilarity and endearing charm have made him everybody's favorite.

This duo, ever recognizable by most people in the biz, is Tobias with his Agent and general assistant: Mommica Amazingly. The saying holds true with this pair, behind every successful man, is a strong woman. Mommica has managed to coordinate and organize a series of encounters and roles that have always allowed Tobias to be featured in his best light. She really lives up to her name: Amazing!

But with such a versatile guy like Tobias, how could anyone go wrong with this leading man. Here, as you can see, he's re-enacting one of his most well known roles: Babysaurus Rex. This feature, which grossed over $3 in its first month, was one of his early successes, and paved the way to stardom.

(never mind the man behind the curtain... err.... I mean hat)
The greatest thing about Tobias is that even though his style is so unique and genuine, he won't change it to fit in with the crowd. He's comfortable being himself. Confidence is so sexy.
And so is he!
Here, you can see a flashback from a few years ago, where he created the dance sensation that Will Smith "borrowed" (Tobias was able to settle out of court with Will, who admitted to a little dancing plagiarism) for his hit song and video: "getting jiggy wit it." If only Tobias had been allowed to shake his stuff, he probably would have given the moves to Will for free.

Part of his daily exercise regimen involves strenuous martial arts, which of course has enabled Tobias to do most of his own stunts, a point which he takes great pride in.

Tobias has been known to work out for 16-20 straight hours, you can spot the ferocity in his eyes as he puts on his radical-badical-tactical pose that earned him the leading role in "Enter the Return of the Chinese Connection Dragon" (the extensive make up required for this film meant that Tobias had to wake up 4 hours before he went to sleep each morning, and sit in makeup for 72 straight hours).

"This was the longest I've ever sat still in my life," Tobias told us. A true professional. He's so professional in fact that he's begun taking on protégés who want to learn the "Tobias-way."

Here, in a candid "post workout" shot, you can see Tobias, with his workout partner, Alexander Mays.

The grueling years of practice have created in Tobias a spirit that can't be quenched; he doesn't know how to quit. Here, even while lying down, he's still trying to land a haymaker. As you can clearly see, Alex has had enough.

Tobias explained the matching outfits, "basically, I like us to wear the same shirts, that way it’s like fighting yourself. It’s a real "mind over matter/inner chi/fighting coach roach" type of thing. I never know which move I'm going to make, so when we spar, I like to keep on my toes. My old boxing coach, whom I lovingly referred to as 'Old coach guy', used to hit me in the head all the time and tell "[me] to keep my mitts up and keep fightin' them 'paches, 'cause they's gonna scalp ya. Arrrr!"' It turns out old coach guy was insane, and spent too much time focusing on his yearly birthday celebration of talk like a pirate day.
Like everything else, Tobias does at 100% - full steam ahead, he's also an avid sleeper. He says that he learned this skill from years in a Tibetan cave, where the yearly temperature drop was 200 degrees below 0 Kelvin. He used these techniques to maintain stasis while encased in blocks of solid ice.

He's been known to drop into a deep sleep wherever he lays his head, and often, he doesn't even need to lay his head anywhere.

Here's his "Full Throttle" sleep mode. This has actually been patented and will be coming out in the fall as part of the FT Tobias Action Figure. Stores are already selling out and its three months from being delivered.

Here he shows off his "No Fear" relaxation pose. Tobias, in a daring operation as a child, replaced his spine with a full action slinky.

The added flexibility is amazing.

And at the end of the day, all Tobias really needs is a nice place to lounge on his private beach, and listen to sound of waves crashing on the shore. Here he's fallen asleep to the rhythmic sounds of nature, the wind tussles his hair, and the afternoon sun warms his face.

Talk about the life...

Until next time... This is "Life, the show."
